GiveBig 2023
On May 2-3, 2023, Auburn Valley Humane Society will participate in GiveBIG - a two-day online giving event to raise funds for nonprofit organizations serving Washington State.
For 10 years, AVHS has been working tirelessly to provide food, shelter, medical and dental care for every animal that comes through our doors. During that time, we have raised over $75,000 through GiveBIG helping to save over 13,000 animals.
YOUR support is KEY to helping us to continue to improve the lives of thousands of homeless animals each year. This year more than ever, we need you to GiveBIG.
How you can help:

2. Help us spread the word! Share our posts on Facebook Auburn Valley Humane Society and Facebook NW Spay & Neuter Center.

2023 GOAL: $12,000
Our goal is to raise $12, 000 which will feed, spay, or neuter, vaccinate and microchip 25 animals. At AVHS, we provide our animals with a physical exam, vaccinations, spay/neuter services, microchips, and in some cases, extensive medical and dental care prior to adoption to a loving family.
One anonymous donor will match gifts up to $5,000 so your donation is being twice matched! Your support is needed for us to reach our goal to continue our lifesaving efforts!
Princess Peanut was one of the lucky ones to arrive at Auburn Valley Humane Society. She was able to get the care that she so desperately needed, but there are so many others like her. AVHS sees animals daily that are beyond the scope of imagination. Many animals come to us with injuries, illnesses, or are just old. Desperate for someone to love them. But none of our lifesaving work would be possible without our donors.

Northwest Spay & Neuter is a part of the AVHS family. We continue to expand our services, strengthen our partnerships, and provide care for those who need it most.
With gifts through GiveBIG, we will be able to continue our lifesaving efforts in the future. We will have numerous kittens and puppies that will need to be spayed/neutered. We will be able to stop pet overpopulation by providing additional support to our rescue partners.
We will have senior pets that will be needing dental and medical care before going to their forever homes. Your support enables us to continue our mission of enriching the lives of companion animals and people through animal sheltering, programs, and community engagement.
